Order Processing Times
All orders placed on our website my-arven.com are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Delivery Times
We offer delivery to mainland France within an estimated 7 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on:
- product availability,
- the time of year (e.g. the festive period),
- or potential delays on the part of the carrier.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are displayed at the time of order, before confirmation and payment. They may be waived under certain conditions (minimum order value, promotional offers, etc.).
Order Tracking
Each customer receives a tracking link as soon as their order is dispatched. You can follow the progress of your parcel directly via the platform of the designated carrier.
Delays and Delivery Issues
In the event of an abnormal delivery delay (exceeding 30 calendar days after order confirmation), you may request cancellation of the order and a refund in accordance with applicable regulations. If the parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will arrange a reshipment or a full refund.
