1. Return Period

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your request.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must:

  • be unused and in their original condition,
  • be accompanied by their original packaging (where possible),
  • not fall within the categories excluded from the right of return for hygiene or safety reasons (opened products, used cosmetics, underwear, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a defective product or an order preparation error, ID2R OÜ will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at: contact@my-arven.com, providing:

  • your order number,
  • the item(s) concerned,
  • the reason for the return.

We will then send you the return address and the instructions to follow.

⚠️ No parcel returned without a prior request will be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the original order within 5 to 10 working days.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If a product has been returned incomplete or damaged, a deduction may be applied.

6. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
